Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TECMARX account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
